Salary: Pay scale will be within £53,982 - £91,443
Package: Lease car of the potholder's choice, subsidised up to a ceiling of £5,259, 30 days annual leave rising to 35 after 5 years' continuous service, generous Pension Scheme, Relocation Assistance.
This is a full time open-ended position.
Following a recent Peer Review, Pembrokeshire County Council is strengthening its commitment to economic development and regeneration. The Council is looking to attract an experienced professional with an entrepreneurial skill set and a track record in facilitating inward investment, building effective partnerships and accessing funding. The successful candidate will have a balanced management and professional education, a broad experience base across economic development, regeneration, housing property development and an X factor that makes things happen.
Pembrokeshire is an outstanding place to live, work and play; the coastal National Park, Milford Haven energy complex and port links to Ireland are key characteristics. The Council plays an active role in the Haven Enterprise Zone and the Swansea Bay city region City Deal.
Welsh language skills are desirable.
