We are looking for a new Head of Culture and Customer Services to help us realise our ambitions in this crucial service area that supports economic regeneration, place shaping and helping our population thrive and achieve great outcomes.

We have been actively developing commercialisation of our services and at the same time investing in our infrastructure and staff who are delivering high standards of customer service across the whole portfolio of culture and customer services.

We have developed good relationships with our many partners, taking a strong and progressive collaborative approach to improve the outcomes for all our population including the many visitors and tourists who come and enjoy a huge range of facilities and attractions across the East Riding and on the Yorkshire Coast.

You will work closely with the Director of Adults, Health and Customer Services in taking forward our investment plans and service transformations, working closely with corporate colleagues which will be exciting and rewarding.

We are ambitious, confident and plan to deliver even better outcomes for our population and the thousands of visitors to the East Riding each year.  You will lead and shape the future of Culture and Customer services and take us forward on our exciting journey.
