There are ambitious plans with the delivery of potential new garden villages and suburbs to meet our objective of 9000 new homes and new jobs by 2036.

You will take the lead role in delivering our New Local and Strategic Plans, Housing Zone and other place-focused growth and infrastructure strategies within Hertsmere and the wider strategic area.  You will work with private sector developers and public investors to deliver a mixed range of development opportunities set around a Green Belt environment.
