We are looking for a solicitor to join our growing Legal Services Team in the city centre to specialise in commercial property and regeneration projects, and proactively contribute to the exciting aims of the council whilst providing a comprehensive legal service to members and officers.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Be a qualified solicitor
  2. Have experience of local government law and how it affects the framework within which the public sector operates
  3. Have specific experience of the law relating to commercial property and regeneration projects
