HR Business Partner – Employee Experience

As our Employee Experience Lead, you will be instrumental in planning and delivering a strategy to improve employee satisfaction. This will incorporate innovative ideas for whole-employee lifecycle improvements, including reputation and attraction, resourcing and on-boarding, benefits and reward, policy framework and employee networks.
We know ours is an ambitious aim but this is an organisation in which you will find the will, energy and commitment to achieve it. Over the next few years, we will work together to change how local government operates and the way it is perceived as a place to work.
We are less concerned about your background to date, including what sector you’re from and what HR specialisms you already have under your belt. What we’re looking for is talent and the right attitude: a hands-on ‘doer’ who shares our commitment to getting things done at pace and understands what we are trying to achieve.
You’ll be innovative and not afraid to push new boundaries, whilst retaining a sharp focus on what needs to be achieved. We need someone who understands the importance of working collaboratively and gaining buy-in from your team and other stakeholders.
You’ll also demonstrate a resolve to develop those around you, so they can truly thrive and reach their full potential.
