Head of Revenues and Benefits
Are you motivated by continuous improvement with the drive to deliver a first class Revenues and Benefi ts service?
We are looking for a strategic service lead who is able to work collaboratively with key partners, engage with our customers and inspire and develop our staff.
As a Head of Service, you will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for policy development, effective performance management and service improvement as well as having previous experience in managing a Revenues and Benefi ts service, with a detailed knowledge of business rates, council tax and housing benefit law.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate your commitment to quality and performance.
A degree, professional qualification or an equivalent level of relevant experience working at a senior level is essential.
IRRV membership would be a distinct advantage. CVs with supporting statements should be received by 29 April 2018 and interviews will be held on Wednesday, 23 May 2018.
