We are looking for an experienced leader who will assist the Director of Education to deliver our Improvement plan, vision and help the leadership team deliver the corporate strategy.
As our Head of Learning, you will be accountable for delivering across the follow areas:
• School Improvement & Effectiveness
• School Access & Organisation
• Skills & Progression, including Adult & Community Learning
• Inclusion & Additional Learning Needs
• Education other than at school, including Pupil Referral Units
As Head of Learning the post leads the development of educational strategies and operational arrangements to secure high quality provision and outcomes for learners, in line with the delivery of the Council’s aims and objectives.
