The Code of Practice on the English language requirement for public sector workers, Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that Councils ensure that all candidates applying for customer facing posts must be assessed in order to establish their fluency in English.
Are you a committed business change specialist with demonstrable experience of the health and social care sector, if so we would like to hear from you.
You will support and drive the delivery of transformational projects and programmes across the Better Health, Better Lives Priority Outcome.
You will work closely with the Programme Lead and alongside Service Managers to deliver business change, using a high level of skills, knowledge and experience of the subject matter to actively contribute to the successful implementation of major transformational change.
You will have expertise in providing coordination and consistency of performance, working within the corporately adopted governance and programme management cycle and methodology to successfully develop, manage and implement programmes and project plans within time, cost and quality parameters..
You will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the duties and responsibilities that underpin the work within Better Health, Better Lives Outcome, specifically Health and Social Care.
A degree or equivalent level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline is required and a formal Project Management qualification e.g. MSP or significant programme and project management experience amounting to 5 years.
