Do you have what it takes to drive forward a change program at Wycombe to deliver cross service improvements?

As part of the senior management team in Planning & Sustainability, you will help to transform and deliver our vision of becoming more commercially minded and you will have responsibility for implementing the changes within the support services for which you will be directly responsible.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team who will deliver positive outcomes to the public and to ensure that the services we offer are sufficiently valued by our clients.

You should have a degree in marketing, business management, change management or a related topic and have substantial experience of working as a commercial or change manager in delivering projects.

You should have strong skills in interpreting financial and other numerical information and have the ability for communicating with people at every level, both in person and through reports and briefing documents.
