We are committed to continuing to develop our role as a shared services provider through expanding our WMJobs ‘end to end’ e-recruitment systems aiming to get the right people in the right place, in reduced time and at a reduced cost; and the WM Coaching & Mentoring Pool which provides cost effective and high quality support in the continuous development of management and leadership capacity across the sector.
