As a Director of Adult Social Care, you will work closely with the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and a member of the Corporate Team, you will be a key figure in overseeing Adult Care, modernising services and strengthening partnerships such as our Walsall Together Partnership supporting the integration of health, social housing and voluntary and community organisations. The secret is to develop all areas, so they do the best for our communities, using your knowledge and initiative. Meanwhile, you will be responsible for all Social Worker teams including Learning Disabilities, Safeguarding and supporting the move of transformation into our portfolio.
