As Business Development Manager you will provide the commercial and financial leadership that will underpin and drive our growth.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of the Regulatory Services Partnership, you will lead a team of up to 30 professional and administrative staff providing commercial, finance, income generation, IT, customer, marketing, performance and BPR services to the business.
The partnership currently has an income of c£6m per annum. You will spot and deliver new opportunities for growth, using your commercial and business acumen to identify markets, shape our offer and help translate our ambition for success. You will ensure that new technology helps support our transformation. You will take leadership responsibility for all support services to ensure that the all systems and processes support the delivery of our objectives.
Your expertise and endeavour will help secure our future as the pre-eminent provider of regulatory services in the capital.
You will be an experienced senior manager with a background in commercial management and a track record of leading and delivering successful growth. You will have a sound understanding of the potential of digital services and an unwavering commitment to customer excellence. You will have experience of managing finance and IT functions as well as experience of marketing and developing businesses of a similar nature.
